A [[Next Wave]] [[mask]], created by [[Dr Haverford Dingus]] and the main protagonist of the short story [[…and Chill]].

Emmy was originally scouted to become mask [[Subzero Crusader]], but that technology was given to her rival, Rikki Brauenstoffe, who went on to call himself [[Chill]] instead. While believing that Rikki had become a villain, Emmy petitioned Dr Dingus to give her his next invention, so she could become a [[badge]] and track him down.

==Abilities==

Some weird kind of time distortion, that she doesn't really understand. This allows her to phase through solid matter and evade attacks, but she becomes either solid or intangible according to a steady rhythm once the implants are activated. She wears a PVC body duit, which has been treated to disappear in the same way. In order to use it effectively, she had to train herself to move in perfect time with the rhythm. It can cause sensory overload if she uses it when there is too much activity around her, and time seems to alternate speeding up and slowing down with the rhythm, which is very disorienting. It also allows her to achieve incredible speed of movement, but she's not sure how the time dilatio equations work to cause that.
