A attack dog, created and trained by [[Hope Five]] with the intention of it being used by the [[Hope City Police Authority]]. It was kept in a secret area behind a police evidence warehouse, as Hope Five didn't have access to the central facilities enjoyed by [[Hope One|One]], [[Hope Two|Two]], and [[Hope Three|Three]]. They also hadn't been provided with one of the three [[Atlantean]] crystals provided to the [[City Special Forces]]. Therefore they experimented in a different direction, using gene grafting to create what they thought would be a perfect attack dog, and then injecting it with blood samples taken from [[Captain Ultimatum]] during his testing phase; hoping that these would contain enough of his alien power to stop the mutant dog's body rejecting itself. After birth, the creature was given more of the blood mix, which seemed to work incredibly well, and also regular shots of growth hormones.

They created a perfect killing machine, but could never manage to tame it. The behemoth was very good at breaking out of cages, so they instead decided to keep it sedated so that they could study its unusual physical makeup. This lasted two months, until the creature was stolen by [[Mistress Panther]]. It seems that with her claws, she had no difficulty taming even this monster.

+It may be noted that the initial experiments to create this creature were complete failures. It wasn't until some of the blood and tissue samples were stolen by villain [[Grimlord]] that one was raised to maturity. He created six beasts he called Hellhounds. Both [[Antique Blaze]] and [[Papillon]] fought these things, eventually defeating them. But Papillon was persuaded by a contact on the [[City Council]] to sedate one of the beasts and deliver it to Hope Five, who then analysed it to understand what they'd been doing wrong, and intended to create a new, better beast.
