A thief and [[party mask]] in [[Hope City]]. There were rumours about a woman who had the ability to partially transform into a cat, variously known as [[Catburglar]] or [[Catgirl]]. Hearing these stories, one light-footed and light-fingered genius realised that he could avoid arrest by passing his own crimes off as the work of the Catburglar; leaving cat-themed trinkets at the scene of a crime, or breaking into a gallery only days after the other Catgirl had been seen there. He found it was quite easy to give himself an alibi by being confused with an existing [[mask]].

He eventually retired after being captured three times by [[Mistress Panther]]'s minions; they often went after the same targets, and Panther had decided already that she wanted to add Catgirl to her harem.
