		+	Red hair so dark as to be almost black held back in a tight plait, and piercing blue eyes. Wears half moon glasses that she doesn't actually need. She had laser vision correction a couple of years ago, but grew frustrated with colleagues not recognising her without her trademark glasses, so she got some without lenses in. Now she sometimes wears them and sometimes not, and the people who matter are learning to recognise her both ways.
