A sports physiologist who wrote a book on the methods of safely restraining someone. He is considered an expert in restrains, and in training people to sustain exercise for longer. Therefore he acts as a freelance advisor to the hope City Police Authority, and has also been asked to sit on a number of committees on the subject of police procedures for the City Council. When attending important meetings, he sometimes takes on an extra duty, pushing the wheelchair of Doctor Abrams.
