The largest bank in Hope City, and proud of its reputation of never having suffered a theft. However, this reputation suffered a blow during the events of Hope City Stories, when several deposit boxes were emptied by Dark Shroud. The security guards on duty at the time got some degree of fame on cable news shows, and were the basis of three characters The Three Fools who went on to appear on a number of comedy shows.
